Joe is one of the most knowledgeable and professional real estate agents I have ever met. I have worked with many agents across the country and Joe is truly one of the best! He is responsive, efficient, honest and very thorough in his work. He takes his profession very seriously and is respectful of his clients wishes, time, and money. Outstanding service and responsive to every e-mail, phone call and text. Joe also kept me apprised of offers, showings and kept me involved in the sales process. After the first inspection, numerous repairs were listed. Joe helped me work through getting recommended contractors in less than 2 days to ensure all the needed repairs were done and affordable. On two occasions, Joe went to the property and even met the contractor on my behalf. He also cleaned away a down spout to check for a small water issue in the basement. No doubt he went above and beyond to make the entire process of selling my dad’s house as easy as possible.

There is so much that I could say about Joe Huggins. He was truly heaven-sent. Joe is a great person all around. He cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to get things done. Joe was not only my realtor, but my right hand during both the sale and purchase process. Joe was always there to provide advice based on his expertise in real estate.
